Our Spa Grooming Services: consist of sanitation, refreshing natural aroma bath & conditioner, fluff and hair style. grooming is available from Tuesday -Saturday Appointment is strongly recommended.
We also do accommodate same day appointments, first- come first- served basis . Call 347-533-6655 in advance to estimate a time frame before your arrival. Moreover, vaccinations record is required.
*It is very important for owners to call to reschedule or to notify us in timely fashioned if unable to keep scheduled appointment. Please Call before "walk In" for Grooming.
Time: Grooming time is usually 2 1/2 hours but time may differ depends on the breed temperament and hair condition. Owners will be notified when pooch or purr is ready to pick up. Please wait to hear from us before making an attempt to pick up.
Process: We start with the sanitation, follow with a rough hair cut before bath. Pooches that are very matted may be stripped down with your written approval. This process prevent any discomfort to the pooch because dematting can irritate your pooch skin and it can be very uncomfortable. For that reason, we ask for owners to brush their pooch in daily basis to avoid discomfort during grooming .
We do not do cage drying. Each pooch or purr gets dry right after bath with hand dryer. We also do not keep pooches in cage for too long while grooming other pooches. We do not conduct tranquilizer. (Muzzle) only used as needed.
$5 Pick Up For Grooming- Is available on certain days of the week especially for owners who have to report to work or school early or unable to drop off for Grooming. For drop off, $ 5-$12 fee is applied depending on the location. Please call 347-533-6655 to make arrangement . 12- 24 hrs notice is required.
Be aware that a fee of $10-$20 will be charged for the extended hours pooch or purr stays with us after grooming . We have to supervise their long staying at the boutique.

Policy
Pooches that are very matted may be stripped down with your request and with a written approval. (24 hours cancellation is required, $20 may apply to no call, no show depends on the situation. Please give us a call to reschedule if unable to keep your appointment) There will be an additional $10-$20 charge for extended hours if unable to pick up your pooch or purr for more than one hour after being groomed.
No cash refunds for returned merchandise. Exchange applies only on certain products and if it is unused, in its original packaging and returned within 5 business days. All pooches must be- up-to date with DHLPP, Rabies & Bordatella Vaccinations. Please bring a copy of vaccinations.

Recommendation:
Pooches must wear fleas protections e.g. Frontline Plus during flea seasons. Neutered male pooches over 6 months. Female Pooches should be spayed for the improvement of their health. Heart Guard is also recommended.
